By downloading, installing, or using AssetNode ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License

AssetNode LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your own infrastructure. The license is perpetual for Perpetual plan purchases and subscription-based for Monthly and Yearly plans.

You may not sublicense, distribute, or resell the Software without express written permission.

3. Self-Hosted Deployment

AssetNode is a self-hosted application. You are solely responsible for the servers, infrastructure, and network on which the Software runs. AssetNode LLC does not host, store, or process your data.

4. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed as selected at checkout. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Perpetual licenses are a one-time purchase and do not require renewal.

All payments are non-refundable except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with AssetNode within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. This applies to new licenses only, not renewals.

6. Data & Privacy

Because AssetNode is self-hosted, all data remains on your infrastructure. AssetNode LLC has no access to your data. You are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

7. Updates & Support

Active subscriptions include priority support and all software updates. Perpetual licenses include free updates forever — download the latest versions anytime from the downloads page.

8. Limitation of Liability

AssetNode LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and destroy all copies of the Software.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
