AssetNode runs on your infrastructure. All asset data, user accounts, tickets, configurations, and uploaded files remain on your servers. We have no technical means to access, view, or retrieve your data.

We implement industry-standard security measures on our website and licensing infrastructure. For your self-hosted instance, security is your responsibility — we provide documentation on best practices for hardening your deployment.
